Hi, I’m Tina, the founder of We Help Dealers. I started this company to create an alternative to companies we’d worked at before where our days were filled with much talk, big dreams, and limited results. I work a lot, and I work smart for more productive time. I use common sense to think deeply about projects and then I determine and execute solutions. Nothing is out of bounds when it comes to projects. If a challenge exists, I’ll find a way to get it handled. With a background in operations, marketing, OEM relationships, and a passion for results, I love turning innovative ideas into reality.
My career in the auto industry and adjacent spaces has spanned diverse functional roles including sales, business development, marketing, finance, operations and general management. I have led high volume dealership groups at Nissan North America and Subaru of America, large teams at Shift Technologies and Manheim, and more recently end-to-end marketing operations at Carnamic, a multi-line dealership group. I have leveraged this experience to lead successful transformations of small businesses, franchise dealerships, and independent dealerships from being underperforming and unprofitable into award-winning, highly profitable and efficient businesses.
I am a relationally oriented hands-on executive who quickly builds trust and followership with empathy, authenticity, and a genuine passion for results. My interpersonal awareness and insight helps me develop strong colleague relationships and create an environment that inspires the best in people. I have been able to demonstrate the ability to foster a caring culture while also making the tough calls when necessary to do what is right for the business. I bring a long term, strategic business perspective with the ability to drive operational rigor by identifying synergies and efficiencies, challenging expenses, and improving measurement capabilities to track KPIs.
I love to engage in challenges that enable me to stretch beyond my current experience and knowledge. I can effectively frame business problems outside my area of expertise, while being insightful about others needs and agendas. I have built exceptionally strong followership, and always try to expand my perspective by welcoming input from others. I learn from outside perspectives and strive to apply that knowledge to solve business challenges.
